[WSBARP] Real estate attorney and or Agent in Ronald WA

I have a client who wishes to sell a vacant parcel in Ronald, WA, Kittitas County. Apparently the parcels in this area have a known water issue and as such it would be nice to have someone who has dealt with the issue to help the client.
