[WSBARP] Land Use Attorney

Listmates:

I have a client (executor of estate) who sold a King County residential property with a failing septic system believing the property to be connected to the public sewer system and good working order.  I need to be referred to a land use attorney to see if there is a way to seek a variance to what appears to be a mandate to now hook up to public sewer.  Please refer me to the right person for this analysis.
