[WSBARP] Bank to Servicer QCD REET

Hello,

So we frequently record QCDs where the servicer is transferring the property back to the Bank after the foreclosure.  We have a rather odd situation where the Bank wants to transfer the property to a servicer post foreclosure.  Does anyone know off the top of their head what excise tax exemption might be applicable?  We tried the 'normal' one we use and it was - not surprisingly - kicked.
