The acknowledgment certificate says:

On this ___ day of  ___, 20   , before me the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for the State of Washington, duly appointed and sworn personally appeared <signer 1> to me known to be the individual described in and who executed the within and foregoing instrument and acknowledged that (he/she) has orally directed me as Notary Public to sign (his/her) name on (his/her) behalf under RCW 64.08.100, and that said signature is the same as if <signer 1> signed as (his/her) free and voluntary act and deed for the uses and purposes therein mentioned.
