[WSBARP] Wa Fed

I have a case in which I must serve Washington Federal, National
Association.  I understand that Washington Federal is a Washington Corp.,
and is a holding company and conducts its operations through Washington
Fed, National Association, a federally insured national bank subsidiary.  I
am having difficulty figuring out if I can serve the holding company, or if
not, an agent for the national bank subsidiary.
