We use a non -cloud based software call "ProForm" and it works great as we do about 40 closings a month

Subject: [WSBARP] Escrow Closing Software

So I recall this being asked before but, of course, at the time it wasn't relevant. In my practice we have been users of SoftPro and for nearly a decade now of RamQuest. The new versions that operate in the cloud are terrific. They are also intended for title/escrow offices that close a great deal of transactions. We have gradually transitioned from that to a small real estate law firm with probably less than 3 dozen closings per month for our clients. With that in mind, the monthly costs of the 'big boys' simply cannot be justified and I was curious if anyone else on the listserv had experience with a less costly alternative that, ideally, would have a cloud based option and most certainly CDF and .pdf storage components.

Sincerely,

Richard L. Holland
