If in Seattle, you will need a "Just Cause" (a justifiable reason as
articulated under SMC 22.206.160).  Your client will want to number the
rooms so your writ doesn't end up accidentally including the Plaintiff. You
will also want to look at the service requirements of RCW 59.12.040 which
talks about serving notice on a subtenant, or a person who only rents a
portion of the property.
