I assume you are looking for an industrial hygienist, and not a building
inspector.  I have used Gregg Middaugh in the past, PBS Engineering +
Environmental (2517 Eastlake Ave. East, Ste. 100, Seattle, 98102,
206.233.9639) and was pleased.  The following hygienists were recommended
to me by others, but I did not retain them due to scheduling conflicts,
