[WSBARP] expert for sewage cleanup and mold in rental house

Client owns a rental property in South Park that was recently inundated by sewage that backed up when King County's backflow preventer did not function.  King County has said it will clean it up.  Client wants to retain his own expert to monitor and advise regarding the cleanup and to be sure there is not a mold problem.  I would appreciate your suggestions
