[WSBARP] CFPB TRID approved format for closing documents.

A question for those who do real estate closings.

Lately if there is bank financing involved, we get lenders who say we need to come up with “Preliminary Closing Fees in CFPB TRID approved format”.

Could someone help us to find these formats and docs which we can use?  Either a web site or a program we might need to purchase?
