[WSBARP] property tax deferral after transfer to RLT

Ralph, when you speak with them per the recommendations of others, you might want to ask if having the daughter serving as trustee has any impact. I haven't looked into it, but I have a nagging thought from other experience...

Listmates

Client has a senior citizen deferral on her property taxes. She is transferring her home to her sole RLT fbo herself (with a daughter as the trustee).  I looked at the statute and it doesn't seem to address whether she will be able to continue the deferral after the transfer to the RLT or it addresses other terminating events. Any thoughts on this, please.
