<p class="MsoNormal">Client has a senior citizen deferral on her property taxes. She is transferring her home to her sole RLT fbo herself (with a daughter as the trustee).  I looked at the statute and it doesn’t seem to address whether she will be able to continue
 the deferral after the transfer to the RLT or it addresses other terminating events. Any thoughts on this, please.<o:p></o:p></p>
