[WSBARP] highly unusual off-topic request for referral

Dear Colleagues,

 

I am involved in a prison ministry program and one of the inmate
participants has recently had his conviction over-turned due to
prosecutorial misconduct.  I have seen in the media reports of successful
actions brought against the state of Washington where compensation for
wrongful imprisonment has been awarded.  I am looking to refer this matter
to a lawyer who has been successful in such actions.  Your recommendations
will be appreciated and passed along.
