[WSBARP] Transfer separate but jointly held property into RLT‏

Hello All,I have an out-of-state client who owns real property in WA with a family member. He would like to transfer his interest into his RLT. He is married and his wife transferred her marital interest to him by quit claim deed. The current Statutory Warranty Deed shows him holding title with another person (not wife but male of same last name) as “ X, a married man as his sole and separate property and Y, a single man”. Can he transfer his interest into his trust and can anyone suggest language to make this transfer? Thanks,Tracy Paul
