I inadvertently took on a matter involving a loan from mom to son to be
used for purchase of and secured by real property. The property is in Kern
County CA.

Accordingly, I am hoping to find a simple dirt lawyer there in Bakersfield
who can assist. It is a simple case involving a low dollar purchase. Any
referrals would be hugely appreciated. Thanks in advance.
