[WSBARP] Staggered Board language

[AF Gibbs]

Client wants Board of company to have staggered terms for the directors.
The provisions I'm finding out there are clunky, to say the least.

Could someone share language that could be adapted to allow for a Board to
have staggered terms after the first annual meeting?
