[WSBARP] Surveillance cameras

'Mates: I have a minor matter involving a neighbor's surveillance camera in
the parking area of a townhome development. The camera, needless to say,
points towards client's parking space and front door (although it also
includes the approach to the neighbor's door, above which the camera is
mounted).

There is no other conduct that would constitute harassment by the neighbor.
But client doesn't like having camera pointed in his direction.

Any creative ideas? Yep, there is an issue if this is an audio recording as
well. But other than that angle - and other than a claim of "harassment" -
do I have anything to argue about? Your thoughts are as always appreciated.
