[WSBARP] Evict Storage Unit Tenant

Hi All,

I have a landlord with a storage unit (garage on a house). Oral contract,
of course.

How do self storage units terminate agreements? What do they do with the
property? I assume as the manager of a storage unit you can't just kick
this stuff to the curb.

I found a self storage statute, 19.50 but it only talks about lease
terminations for default in payment.

Any help is much appreciated!
