[WSBARP] Unpaid Assessment Liens

Bank commences judicial foreclosure of its deed of trust on a condominium unit.  Association has unpaid assessments on unit.  If Association is served but does not respond to the summons and complaint and a default judgment is taken does this extinquish its 6 month super priority lien?  Any thoughts?
