[WSBARP] Commercial UD question

The court will grant an Order Releasing Funds on an ongoing basis.  Payment
into the registry of the Court will simply provide proof of payment.  You
will need the Order or the Clerk will not release the funds.  It sounds
like gamesmanship to me.
