<div dir="ltr"><div>The court will grant an Order Releasing Funds on an ongoing basis. Payment into the registry of the Court will simply provide proof of payment. You will need the Order or the Clerk will not release the funds. I'm representing a landlord in a commercial unlawful detainer action
- tenant is more or less current in rent and the action is based on
other breaches of the lease agreement. Last week, the tenant
deposited his rent into the clerk's registry. Is that really an
option for a commercial tenant when rent is not an issue in the
matter. Can I ask the court to immediately release the funds? <br>
