[WSBARP] Early Occupancy Agreement under REPSA

Anyone have an early occupancy agreement for buyers under a Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement (aka Earnest Money Agreement) they are willing to share?  This type of agreement would be exempt from RLTA (RCW 59.18).
