[WSBARP] Early Occupancy Agreement under REPSA

I think the WA multiple listing service has a standard form for this that
you may be able to purchase.

Anyone have an early occupancy agreement for buyers under a Real Estate
Purchase and Sale Agreement (aka Earnest Money Agreement) they are willing
to share?  This type of agreement would be exempt from RLTA (RCW 59.18).
