[WSBARP] Sample complaint to enforcement easement

Clients have a recorded easement to a road that provides access to their
backyard. The neighbor has built a fence across it and is refusing to allow
them to use it.  Is anyone willing to share a sample complaint for an
injunction against an obstruction of an easement?
