[WSBARP] Sample complaint to enforcement easement

I recently had a similar situation.  I sent a letter explaining what an
easement is and that one was recorded on the property. I explained the cost
of litigation and asked they stay off the easement. I included a copy of
the easement filed with the auditor that clearly showed the easement. That
worked for my client.  He noticed neighbors measuring the area and in that
case stopped parking on and blocking easement.
