[WSBAPT] Off topic: Landowner / Municipal Easement Dispute

Hello all,

I am looking for referrals to attorneys who represent landowners in disputes with municipalities or utilities regarding easements, rights-of-way, street vacations, or conditions placed on the release of easements.

The issue involves a municipality/utility imposing release language that may overburden the property and affect marketable title.

Any referrals or suggestions would be appreciated.
