[WSBAPT] Ferndale/Bellingham Referral

Good Morning -

I have a potential client in Ferndale who is looking for assistance with a Family Trust, LLC, or possibly other recommendations to manage mineral rights. 

It sounds like the family had shared the mineral rights in a previous LLC which has now been dissolved and now the client is looking for the best path to reducing tax consequences as they manage the mineral rights individually.  

The first referral I gave them told them she is booked out until October and they are looking for someone with availability soon.

Any suggestions?
