[WSBAPT] Guardianship of Minors Designation?

My wife and I signed this one several years ago (without all the ​___s I've just inserted using the very handy Word for iPhone app!) before traveling out of the country.

You are welcome to borrow from it upon verifying for yourself the RCW references are even still accurate and support the proposition stated, etc.

As you will see, I read the RCWs to permit three different kinds of possible (first) health care agents and (later) guardians of minors -- or "temporary" ones and "court-appointed" ones, all (I think?) consistent with Andrekita's general overview.

I chose to provide plain English examples and "order of authority" to avoid any possible confusion (read: impose myself lawyerly from the grave or infirmary) in a given situation.

(I also decided Murphy's Law commanded that the more scenarios I provided for, the fewer scenarios in which any of this could possibly apply. The kids survived without a scratch.)
