[WSBAPT] TEDRA help

Has anyone had to bring a TEDRA into court because some items were
seemingly not considered?  The TEDRA includes mutual releases but one item
seemingly not considered was the PR's use of estate property and the timing
of their efforts; over a year has passed since our agreement.  I'd love to
have a phone call if at all possible.
