[WSBAPT] EIN-TIN troubles

[Mimi Wagner]

Is anyone else having trouble getting EIN-TINs for trusts on occasion?  The
online assistant instructs us to fax file, action is not taken on the fax
filing, and I cannot reach anyone on the phone ("due to extremely high call
volume").  I'm talking waiting weeks, months, and it's a problem.
