[WSBAPT] Is Power of Attorney Effective

Do it your selfer names X "as my power of attorney to make health, finance
and property decisions for me authorized in this document."  Its property
notarized.  Agent wants to evict a tenant.  Is that language sufficient to
allow Agent to proceed?  I looked at RCW 11.125 for what is required.  It
seems the only requirement is a valid notarization.  I assume RCW 11.125.240
applies to this Agent.  Your thoughts.
