[WSBAPT] Schwab Refusing to Accept CPA

Has anyone on the listserve dealt with Charles Schwab refusing to accept a Community Property Agreement to convey a very modest account to surviving spouse?  By any chance has anyone dealt with local (Washington) counsel for Schwab?
