[WSBAPT] Death Certificate Correction

Hello -

I have a new probate where the husband and wife were living separately but still married.

When the husband died, his son reported to the funeral home that he was never married, and now the death certificate reflects that incorrect information.

The back of the death certificate indicates that the change of marital status requires a court order if someone other than the informant reports the change.

I would like to add language to the probate petition to get that corrected right away.

Does anyone have an example of how this is written into a Petition and Order?
