[WSBAPT] Replacing Personal Representative - the Process

Listmates:

 

After all these years, I have never had to replace a personal representative
due to illness.  The alternate PR is able to take over.  I need to do a
petition, but do I give advance notice of the hearing to the other heir?
The time period for creditor's claims has expired; do I have to give new
notices?
