[WSBAPT] Replacing Personal Representative - the Process

Jeff -

I just had to do this due to death.  In my situation, we didn't notify
creditors because date of death was greater than 2 years before.

Also, I did not give notice to anyone because the successor was named in
the Will and the Will provided for non-intervention powers.
