[WSBAPT] title elimination on mobile home now affixed to real property

I believe the form and instructions are on the WA state DOL website.  Type
"title elimination" in the search box, and voila.

To close an estate, we need only to transfer the decedent's interest in the
family home to his surviving spouse.

 

"Trouble" (maybe) is that the mobile home on the property, turned into a
large and beautiful home over many years, still has a separate title, as the
decedent believed this would save him on real estate taxes.  Assessor has
shown me how this is not the case.

 

So, we would like to do a "title elimination."  

 

Does anyone have sample(s) of how to do so that they are willing to share?
Oddly, it looks like no one here has done this before . . . 

 

I'll also go dig in the deskbooks.
