Just out of law school, I worked for a 200 attorney law firm.  The incoming size of first year associates was between 15 and 20 every year.  As associates, whenever we saw anonymous advertisements like this one, a rumor went around that it could be our own law firm sniffing around to see if any if their associates were thinking about leaving. (We knew that was grounds for turning off the oxygen to that associate's office.)
