[WSBAPT] Comerica Bank

Does anyone have a contact in the trust department or the legal department at Comerica Bank?  We are administering a living trust where Comerica Bank is named as trustee for one of the beneficiaries.  We have tried contacts from their website without much success.  So far the response has been that our client needs to visit a branch, all of which are out of state.
