[WSBAPT] publishing notice - which county?

Hi, friends -

Decedent lived in King County (as a renter) and owned real property in Lewis County. The estate is being administered in King County. As I read RCW 11.40.020, we must publish notice in King County, because that is where the estate is administered and the Decedent was also a resident of King. Would you ever also publish in Lewis County, though, as the real property (and principal asset) is located there? Or is it a waste of estate assets to publish in two places?

Many thanks,
Sharon
