[WSBAPT] PR Extending Time for Rejected Creditor to Bring Suit

PR rejected a properly filed claim.  PR has now proposed to waive the
estates' right to enforce the 30-day deadline to file suit, under RCW
11.40.100, and to extend the time to bring suit to a date certain in 2024.
Is this allowed?
