[WSBAPT] PR Extending Time for Rejected Creditor to Bring Suit

Jeff,
Statute tolling agreements are fairly common. It allows the parties to investigate their claims further before being forced to file a civil suit. I don't believe there is any restriction in Title 11 that does not permit a statute tolling agreement.
When I googled Washington Statute Tolling Agreement, this <https://www.portofbellingham.com/ArchiveCenter/ViewFile/Item/1187> came up as a sample, looks like a decent place to start.

PR rejected a properly filed claim.  PR has now proposed to waive the estates’ right to enforce the 30-day deadline to file suit, under RCW 11.40.100, and to extend the time to bring suit to a date certain in 2024.  Is this allowed?
