[WSBAPT] Best practices for JTWRS to community property trust

Hello listmates,

A client previously quit claimed property to include new spouse, but used a
Florida attorney on their Washington deed. Florida attorney used JTWRS
language (though also identifies the grantees as a married couple). Now we
are transferring the property into their joint trust, as community
property. Can I transfer it as is, or do I need to remove the JTWRS first,
to ensure it is community property later on?

Thanks,
Anna
