[WSBAPT] Immediate Sale of House

The concern is that by not paying off the reverse mortgage, they are adding
$1800 per month in additional expenses.  The decedent died with only $6,000
in liquid assets. Everything else is the residential real estate, any value
for the garage sale of items that no one wants from the family, and then
the car (estimated blue book value of $5k).

I appreciate the responses - I feel validated that there is room for
concern.
