[WSBAPT] deceased co-pr

I think the probate file should at least have something that reflects the death of a PR, so a title company can review it and know that two PRs signing the deed is enough. Safest route would be to move the court for re-issuance of the letters, which would address any potential title issue for sure.

Sincerely,

Eric

Three co-prs, but after being appointed one died. Will says remaining PR(s) can serve. RCW 11.28.050 and .270 say remaining PRs can forge ahead. Do I need new letters to be issued or can they still use the old one? Only thing left to do is a deed. Thanks.
