[WSBAPT] deceased co-pr

[Robert R. Cole]

Three co-prs, but after being appointed one died. Will says remaining 
PR(s) can serve.  RCW 11.28.050 and .270 say remaining PRs can forge 
ahead.  Do I need new letters to be issued or can they still use the old 
one?  Only thing left to do is a deed. Thanks.
