[WSBAPT] Filing Will - Notice to Heirs

There is no statutory requirement to provide notice upon the filing of the Will only.  I have done so as a curtesy where my client indicated I could and in other cases, I haven't as it can be obtained as a public record.

I know when you probate a Will, you must give notice to heirs, even if not named in the will.  However, where the Will is only filed, does one have to send copies of the Will to all parties, those named in the Will and other heirs?
