[WSBAPT] Filing Will - Notice to Heirs

A will filing requires no notice to anyone. 11.20.010 does not require anything more than that the custodian of the Will "deliver said will to the court having jurisdiction or to the person named in the will as executor"

With the "or" direction, I would see no problem filing with the Court and giving notice to a named Personal Representative, but I don't think that is required.

Listmates,

I know when you probate a Will, you must give notice to heirs, even if not named in the will.  However, where the Will is only filed, does one have to send copies of the Will to all parties, those named in the Will and other heirs?
