[WSBAPT] Fall Elder Law/Guardianship CLE - 9/24/20

Hi all,
The Elder Law Section's fall CLE will be held via Webinar on Thursday, September 24, 2020. That's next week.
Sessions run 8:25 a.m.-4 p.m.
The seminar will cover changes in the law due to the passage of the Uniform Guardianship Act, including:

  *   Which parts of the law take effect 1/1/21 and which parts take effect 1/1/22
  *   "Conservatorship" and other new terminology
  *   Emergency guardians
  *   Guardians with final residential placement authority
  *   The Guardian's ability to delegate powers
  *   "Protective arrangements" - how do they work, and hypotheticals
  *   A panel discussion on Supported Decision Making
  *   Why guardianship reform?

The CLE is approved for 6 credits. Registration is $240 for Elder Law Section members and $275 for nonmembers.
