[WSBAPT] claim against estate for auto accident

Down here in Oregon, we have a statute as follows: ORS 115.005(5)(b) - A claim need not be timely presented by a claimant if the decedent or the PR had insurance coverage at the time that the proceeding to establish liability was commenced.
Does Washington have a similar statute?
