[WSBAPT] Petition to reopen probate - intestate estate

I have done this several times and it is a simple process especially if she was the PR in the first estate opened.  You do need to give notice if she was required to give notice in the first probate.

Hello,

Client tried to administer probate on her own, but neglected to transfer title to house as part of the process.

In reopening the probate for her, do we need to submit anything but the Petition and Order to Reopen Probate (for intestate estates)? Anything particular to keep in mind?
